I participated in the development and implementation of investment projects for the construction of solar power plants South Solar Park in the Odessa region: Palada Solar, South Solar, Bryz Solar, Balta Solar, and in the Khmelnytskyi region Podilskenergo.

This fund develops its own projects within the Smart Cities initiative—smart solutions for cities—integrating business tools with the public sector. As Norda Partner SA, it also provides support solutions for local authorities, optimizing procurement and management of utilities (electricity, gas, water, heating).

Specializes in constructing and reconstructing various real estate properties in the Lviv region. These include district bus stations, shopping centers, complexes, service premises, and parking areas on adjacent territories.
The company offers its clients a wide range of investment opportunities in commercial real estate under construction or already in operation, with various terms and conditions.
