Completion of the construction of a Multifunctional Shopping and Hotel Complex
Construction of the Innovative SYSTEM 3E Plant
Currently, negotiations and preparatory work are underway for the construction of an innovative plant for the production of SYSTEM 3E perlite elements in the state of California.
This technology enables quick and easy construction of house walls using perlite elements – environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and economical.
The walls of a 100 m² house can be erected in just 24 hours. SYSTEM 3E consists of six basic elements, whose unique shape significantly simplifies and speeds up the construction process. The use of the Morse taper system in the horizontal joints of the 3E elements allows for the erection of walls without the use of mortar, glue, or water. All necessary agreements and permits must be obtained before construction begins. Taking all aspects and requirements into account, the construction process is expected to start in 2026.
Multifunctional Complex
The construction of a Multifunctional Shopping and Entertainment Complex is nearing completion in the city of Sokal, Lviv region:
Total area of the complex: 3,001 m², usable area: 2,850 m².
Location: City center, at the intersection of Berezovskyi and Sheptytskyi Streets.
Shops and services: Over 40 stores, children’s play area, restaurant-pizzeria, beauty salon.
Shopping galleries: First and second floors include a supermarket, clothing, footwear, gadgets, fresh flowers, and a travel agency.
European standards: Ensuring maximum comfort and a pleasant experience.
Shopping and Entertainment Complex
The construction of a Multifunctional Shopping and Hotel Complex is nearing completion in the city of Truskavets, Lviv region:
Location: City center, opposite the mineral spring pavilion, 8 Torosevycha Boulevard.
Complex area: 4,700 m², 5 floors.
Commercial spaces:
1st floor (730 m²): Grocery supermarket, pharmacy, clothing, footwear, and accessories stores.
2nd floor (664 m²): Branded shop and boutique galleries.
3rd floor (476 m²): Health and wellness services – spa salons, massage, medical and cosmetic treatments.
4th floor (600 m²): A modern themed restaurant with a large terrace and park view.
Apart-hotel: 25 rooms.
“FONTAN” Shopping and Hotel Complex
The six-story complex is located in the very center of the resort town of Morshyn, at 48 Ivana Franka Street, with convenient access to the park and the main street.
On the first floor, there is a shopping center with two entrances.
The concept of the second floor includes duplex hotel rooms, balneotherapy, a massage room, a spa, a dietary canteen, and a café.
From the third to the sixth floor, there are one- and two-room apartments. For the convenience of guests and visitors, the complex will be equipped with modern elevators.
