My name is Oleg Vavryk, I am a fluent entrepreneur, and philantropist with deep roots in Ukraine and a global vision for the future.
I was born in Chortkiv, a city that inspired me to develop communities, innovate, and create new opportunities for people.

Political Activity
Deputy of the VI convocation of the Chortkiv City Council of Ternopil Region (2010–2014).
Ran for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 2012 as a candidate from the political party “UDAR of Vitaliy Klychko” in single-member constituency No. 167, which covers part of the Ternopil Region.
Has been repeatedly awarded certificates of merit by the Ternopil Regional State Administration.
Charitable Activity
I founded the charitable organization “Perspektyva,” which implements projects aimed at helping vulnerable groups, developing community initiatives, and providing social support.
Implemented the “You Are Not Alone” program, focused on supporting people who need help and attention.
Investment Achievements
Over the course of my career, I have built two ice cream factories and a confectionery plant from scratch. I established a distribution network not only in Ukraine but also abroad. The quality of the products has been recognized with various awards, including international ones.
In cooperation with Polish partners, I managed to attract one of the largest investments to Ukraine (amounting to approximately $2.5 billion) — a Chinese consortium that includes China Railway International Group Co. Ltd. and China Pacific Construction Group. This consortium funded the feasibility study for the construction of the fourth metro line in Kyiv.
Chinese investors are highly interested in the project, but there are issues with the provision of state guarantees. Due to the war in Ukraine, the project is currently frozen.
